On Sizes and Colours

More shots from the archives c2008. As a retailer of Artisan Clothing I am constantly asked for sizes that may not be comprehensible, in places where the major part of the population are as tall and as light framed as the woman on my right. Whom I need to bend down to be shot with. Due to the introduction of embroidery machines these women no longer wear Red or Blue (their colours from 2000) they now have a paintbox of extraordinary colours and designs to work with and despite an ethnologist's thoughts, we're on the side of how fantastic things have become since the machines were introduced to these towns. Knowing it does nothing to support HandMade Textiles!!! What are your thoughts??
